I love quiche! Yes, I know it’s quite fattening, but I can’t help it. I’ve always considered a decadent treat, usually reserved for a special brunch in a restaurant or sometimes from my favorite grocery store lunch counter. I guess part of the reason I like quiche so much is that I enjoy eggs, eating them a couple of times a week at lease. But a slice of warm spinach or bacon quiche with a perfect crust is nearly impossible for me to resist. I usually offset some of the calorie-rich meal with a healthy baby green salad for a perfect lunch. Many people like to make their own quiche and this Nonstick Quiche Pan with Removable Bottom is the perfect pan to bake it in.

This Nonstick Stainless Steel Pan makes baking your own quiche a breeze. The removable bottom makes it easy to release the quiche for a perfectly formed crust every time. This heavy-duty pan is made of commercial-weight stainless steel and has an exceptionally durable nonstick interior that will last for many years. I’m tempted to buy one for myself and start making my own quiche now too!

When we were growing up one of our favorite treats was angel food cake. I don’t know what it is about this cake, but it was perfect. Sweet and airy, we loved to cover it in strawberry topping and whipped cream. Or sometimes we’d make the slices really thin and fill them with ice cream to make the most delicious ice cream sandwiches! Actually I still love angel food cake to this day and we still make it a lot at our home. We just made it at Easter and it was everyone’s favorite dessert. Of course it looked extra special because I baked it in my new Kaiser La Forme Charlotte Bundform Pan.

This is by far my favorite cake pan. I first saw it when it was featured in Good Housekeeping Magazine and I made note of it for a future purchase. When I finally bought it I was very impressed with the quality. This steel cake pan features a double-layer nonstick interior that makes it so easy to slide you cake out of the pan perfectly. As a result your desserts end up looking like they came from an expensive bakery! But even more importantly, because the pan cooks the food so evenly, the cake tastes wonderful too.
