We did a lot of entertaining at our home over the holidays. We had some family visiting from out of town that stayed for two weeks, so there were a few more mouths to feed than usual. Then there were larger gatherings and parties at Christmas and New Years, so all of that meant a lot of meals! We had a lot of big breakfasts, lunches, and of course lots of dinners. I do admit we did spend some afternoons and evenings eating out, but otherwise there was a lot of cooking going on in our kitchen.  I think the cookware that probably got the most use during that time was my Corelle Casserole Set.
