There are many good distributors of sunglasses. These are normally the top notch companies. Some of these companies are Maui Jim, Chanel, Silhouette, and Oakley. These companies sell in their own stores or sell directly to retail sunglass stores. My preferred pair of the four is Oakleys. Oakleys are made for both men and women and are a sporty line. They still are fairly expensive, not as much as some of the brands listed above, but they provide high quality frames as well as top notch lenses.

Oakleys are made in all different shapes and sizes, and even have frames with Blue-tooth and music capabilities. The other wholesale sunglass distributors are mostly selling to large department stores like Nordstrom, Neimann Marcus, etc or selling in small volume for higher costs to small brick and mortar shops. Distributors sell the glasses for cheap. The normal markup on sunglass frames are at least double the cost. Depending on the brand, your location, and your client base, you can get away with charging as high as three times cost on sunglasses.
