The Perfect Nonstick Quiche Pan

I love quiche!  Yes, I know it’s quite fattening, but I can’t help it. I’ve always considered a decadent treat, usually reserved for a special brunch in a restaurant or sometimes from my favorite grocery store lunch counter. I guess part of the reason I like quiche so much is that I enjoy eggs, eating them a couple of times a week at lease. But a slice of warm spinach or bacon quiche with a perfect crust is nearly impossible for me to resist.
